$59.04
Description These are American Made Dubbing Blocks using repurposed Walnut and Maple. The blocks are used to make dubbing ropes. The ropes were popularized by Pete Hidy and James Leisenring in Tying and Fishing the Flymph. Originally, created in about 1940, these have lots of the original features. The center allows you to place fur and wax thread, the side Knicks are used to hold thread. The bottom is foam covered and is stamped by Temperance and Penn of Minnesota. These are very well made and covered with waterproof lacquer for years of use. Makes a great gift item for the tyer that has it all. About 6 x 4 x 1
