This Medieval kidney pouch is a typically authentic pouch for the middle ages, mostly in use in the 15th century. Historically, a lot of a person’s belongings were in the pouch(es) on their belt, since pockets in clothing were not common yet. Pouches and bags were available in all sorts, colours and sizes, and were also a way of showing one’s wealth. The kidney pouch is 20 x 18 cm and is made from leather. It is available in brown leather with brass or silver coloured buckle and black leather with brass or silver coloured buckle.
