This means the hook shank can be aligned with the axis of rotation of the vise, allowing materials to be held while the hook is rotated. The design of the jaws has obviously been inspired by a legendary vice – the owners and designers at HMH combined the best bits of vices that they love to tie with, to create this model. The Jaws are cast in true HMH style out of 404 grade tool steel, Other than the jaws, all parts are stainless steel, brass or powdercoated for protection.
