Description Several years ago Doug Swisher told me about this device. He used it to make his Para Tractors and Parachute Madam X flies. This adjusts up and down and can also be adjusted in and out. This can be used to make extended body flies, parachutes and also as a bobbin rest. This is also called a Gallow’s tool.
