A deep burgundy with hints of violet. The powerful, very intense and fruit-forward notes reveal a mixture of red and blackberry aromas, mingled with spicy notes of black pepper and subtle notes of vanilla, caramel and mocha. The medium-bodied palate is underpinned by very mature tannins. Enjoy with rosemary lamb leg and glazed duck breast with squash.
