Recuerdo is Spanish for remembrance, keepsake, reminiscence, memento, or souvenir. Recuerdo Mezcal is the essence of a vibrant and colourful Oaxaca; it’s attitude, character and pride in a bottle. Welcome to the no-shot zone: Recuerdo Mezcal is meant to be savoured unhurriedly, in other words, sipped with besitos (Spanish for kisses). Mezcal is traditionally enjoyed in a “veladora” glass (Spanish for candle holder). Recuerdo Mezcal is great in COCKTAILS but we tend to like it neat or, why not, alongside a cool crisp beer. Colour: bright straw yellow with gold sparkles. Aroma: cooked agave with smooth herbal notes along with the exotic aroma of the maguey worm. Flavour: characteristics of cooked agave with sweet and bitter notes, and delicate smoke sparkles of great presence. Origin: Oaxaca, Mexico 100% Agave Espadin 40% Alc./Vol.
